Accidental Counsellor training for Leaders

Leaders often face conversations they were never trained for. When a team member is struggling, managers must balance empathy with performance and boundaries. Accidental Counsellor for Leaders equips managers with the practical skills and language to handle these conversations. Using the Notice | Navigate | Next Steps | Nurture framework, leaders learn how to notice signs of distress, navigate supportive conversations, identify next steps for appropriate support, and nurture their own wellbeing while continuing to lead effectively.

The Working Mind training

The Working Mind builds practical skills to support mental health and performance at work. It helps people recognise early signs of stress, understand how mental health exists on a continuum, and take proactive steps to stay well. Participants learn simple, evidence-informed strategies to manage pressure, support colleagues, and strengthen mental fitness. The result is a more confident, capable workforce that can respond early, before small challenges become bigger ones.
