I'm a qualified counsellor and clinical nutritionist - balancing supporting clients with raising three teenage boys (eek!). I know how hard it is to be human, stay calm as a parent, and not be overwhelmed by everything that life throws at you. After 20 years in the corporate world, I understand the challenges of balancing a busy career with a hectic family life. And having dealt with grief and loss I also recognise the all-encompassing effect this has on people's lives.

I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment to talk about how you're feeling, both emotionally and physically. I focus on practical strategies to help you stay calm, manage stress, and feel less overwhelmed. As a clinical nutritionist using nutritional psychiatry techniques, I can also work with you on dietary and lifestyle changes to further enhance your mental health, energy levels, and sleep.

Fun facts about me:

  • I'm a dog lover(hello unconditional love)

  • I'm new to gardening and kind of digging it (terrible pun!)

  • Despite being a qualified nutritionist, I also love chocolate

  • I'm definitely an imperfect parent to my three teenage boys

My pronouns are she/her.
