Penny is an accredited counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association (Level 3). She works with adults, teens and children (10+) to provide emotional support for people dealing with anxiety symptoms, depression, stress, panic attacks, work-life balance, parenting struggles, anger management, substance abuse, trauma, relationship issues, domestic and family violence, grief and loss.

As a clinical nutritionist, Penny works with you to achieve your health goals, providing holistic nutrition health care and using nutrition as medicine. I use both conventional medical investigations and holistic diagnosis to understand presenting issues, and work collaboratively with patients to agree on dietary and lifestyle changes that suit your lifestyle, schedule and budget.
