Counsellor and nutritionist Penny Dillon of Mind | Mood | Food provides counselling, nutrition and nutritional therapy to support people dealing with stress, anxiety symptoms, panic attacks, depression, work-life balance, parenting struggles, phobias and grief.  ​​Penny works with you to overcome work-related and personal challenges, support mental health issues and achieve individual life goals.  Because she is also a qualified nutritionist she is experienced in working with conditions that commonly affect mental health, including chronic pain, digestion issues, hormone imbalances, menopause, skin conditions, coeliac disease, pyrrole and sleep disorders.


Mind | Mood | Food provides you with the option of having a counselling session, nutrition appointment or a combined nutritional therapy appointment to support your mood from both an emotional and dietary perspective.

Cost: $140 per 50 minutes
