Penny has a very engaging style. She engaged with the knowledge and skills that participants brought to the room and created a safe learning space where all could share and learn from each other as well as from her and the MHFA program.
Penny was engaging and lovely to work with. Thank-you!
Penny was excellent. She was engaging, highly knowledgable and made the material come to life.
Great energy. Chrystal clear.
Easy going, friendly approach. Loved her humour as well as her seriousness - great balance!
Calm, confident, knowledgeable and respectful
Great instructor, very patient and empathetic
Penny was awesome in every way! She was tasked with the huge responsibility of arranging and providing MHFA training for over 70 staff. Arranging the training encompassed organising use of remote software and testing prior to use, liaising with us about delivery, agreeing to delivery dates, arranging the E-learning vouchers and providing MHFA books for distribution. Then the hard work started. Every course Penny delivered was informative, friendly and in keeping with the content framework. Penny professionally and promptly dealt with the many attendee diary change requests and provided all breakdown information requested which was not part of the initial quote. We can highly recommend Penny for delivery of the MHFA training course.
